I’m a jokester. I love to have fun. I love to crack jokes. I always wanted to be a cop or a stand up comedian. Other than being a mom and a long haul driver. I wanted to do that too. Barbie was already taken, so I had to choose something else. If you like dry and inappropriate humor, come sit by me. I deliver.
I’m a great friend. I have wonderful lifelong friends. It doesn’t matter where you live or where I live. It doesn’t matter how long in between visits or talks, we just pick up right where we left off. The only thing that has changed is the strength of our bladders. So, we have to give courtesy warnings for spur of the moment, pee-in-your-pants funny stuff. If not, it causes a ripple effect. More like a wave than a ripple, but you get my drift.
We have moved many times in the last 17 years. We have friends all over the place because of that. That makes it really nice when we want to travel somewhere. People can tell us what is good to see and do and where the best places are to eat. It doesn’t stink.
I really enjoy networking. Social media is awesome for making new friends. I’m loving being my own boss. I am going to the top. If you want to join me, that is awesome. I’ll show you where and how and then show you what I do. If you don’t, no big deal. We’ll still be friends. Some folks just want to be customers. Some just want to sit back and watch for a while. That’s cool too. Watch me or Join me. That’s one of my new favorite phrases.
I’m a stay at home mom of 6 boys. We chose to homeschool them. I am passionate about the Lord, my family and my business. Helping people get healthy and wealthy is very rewarding. On this blog, there will be lots of posts that will range anywhere from personal stuff, sports, recipes, home school, blogging, networking, pink drink posts and things with my kids.
When we have time, the older 4 boys ride rodeo. We started this about 9 years ago. We have some of our best, lifelong friends in the rodeo circuit. They will ride sheep, also known as mutton bustin’, then junior calves, senior calves, junior steers, senior steers or mini bulls and junior bulls. They go by age and skill. You can ride up, but not down. That’s true in many areas of life.
The younger two were both born with #CHD or Congenital Heart Defects. They are NOT twins. They are in fact 2 years apart in age with two completely different heart defects. One has HLHS or Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome #HLHS. He has had 3 open heart surgeries. His first surgery was at 4 days old, then 5 months old and then 2 days before he turned 3. He celebrated his 3rd birthday in the hospital. In a nutshell, he has half a heart. He is precious and we love him dearly. We are choosing to believe that he will live a long and full life and not need any more intervention or a transplant. The baby was born with #TOF or #TET which is Tetralogy of Fallot. That is a right heart defect and there were several issues with his heart. He had his surgery at 3 weeks old. He will need a valve replacement probably in the next ten years.
We also enjoy football, soccer, baseball, swimming and the beach! In fact, we are headed to the beach for the first time in three years. Pictures will come as soon as I know how to post them on here.
